3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total where applicable based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout prior to order completion.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees that may be imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZenRelief purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
